Sadie Ethel Beardsley, 89, of Marshall, Mich., died Monday, Aug. 10, in Marshall Manor Nursing Home, Marshall, Mich.
Born Aug. 18, 1880 in Crystal Lake, she was the daughter of the late James E. and Cynthia Adelia Landphear Beardsley.
She had been employed in the Calhoun County Court House and Michigan National Bank, both in Marshall.
Surviving relatives are two nieces, Mrs. Muriel Hunt of Greely, IA, and Mrs. Fern Midkiff of Aurora; and two nephews, Lavern Fletcher of Long Beach, Calif., and Byron Fletcher of Corvallis, Ore.
Funeral services were held Wednesday in the First Presbyterian church of Marshall with Rev. John Marvin officiating.
Graveside services will be held today, Thursday, at 1 p.m.
